Joe has been a Ventura County real estate agent for 36 years and since obtaining his real estate license in 1986, and then his broker's license in 1990, Joe has never stopped expanding his knowledge of real estate.  He has earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CPDE)

The idea of becoming a Realtor first caught Joe's imagination at the age of 15 while watching the Realtor his parents used when they sold their home and purchased a larger one.  Their Realtor patiently guided his parents (not the easiest clients to work for) through all of the details of getting the home sold and tirelessly showed them homes until they found just the right one.  Always professional and polite, he had the right amount of persistence without being pushy.  Qualities that, today, Joe strives to bring to his own clients.

Joe believes in giving back to the real estate profession and has served many years as a director for the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors (President in 2007) and the California Association of Realtors.  

A talented photographer, Joe has been able to use those skills to his client's advantage by making their homes stand out from the competition.  But what he is really is passionate about is capturing images that showcase the unique beauty and quality of life in Ventura County.  His photographs have been published in numerous publications including National Geographic Adventure Magazine and they are widely used by cities and other Ventura County interests to promote Ventura County to the world.
